Her passion for Quality Management Systems began in 2006 when she assisted companies in preparing for accreditation with various SETAs, later extending her expertise to ISO standards.
Marianne is qualified as Real Estate Agent, Registered Nurse, ISO Lead Auditor in SHEQ and Information Security Lead Implementer.
She further holds qualifications as an Education and Training Practitioner, Training Material Developer, and Skills Development Facilitator.
With 18 years of experience as a business owner and consultant across diverse industries, Marianne provides her clients with a practical approach to business management and excelling in project management in various sectors.
She managed these businesses with her husband and partner, Beyers van Niekerk.

Beyers van Niekerk is the Financial Director of Prime Link.
Beyers is qualified as Business Intelligence Analyst, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and play a vital role in the management of Prime Link.
He has more than 30 years working experience mostly in the health administration industry.

Ruan van den Berg is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the Cement, Solar, and Real Estate industries.
He brings advanced expertise to Prime Link, playing a crucial role in the planning, monitoring, and execution of various projects.
As a Senior Contracts "Manager at Mota Engin SA, he successfully oversaw the Fourways Mall rebuild and precast projects.
Additionally, Ruan has experience as a Business Analyst at NWU Business School and is a co-founder of the Valdirite Slab System, showcasing his innovative approach and commitment to excellence in project management.
JACO ENGELBRECHT
Legal Counsellor
Jaco Engelbrecht is a distinguished specialist in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) law, with over 20 years of experience in legal consulting, risk management, and strategic leadership.
As the founder of successful consulting firms, such as Legislative Compliance Specialists and MCK Legal Consulting, he has delivered high-impact services — including risk assessment, legal compliance auditing, and incident investigation — to prominent clients like Anglo Platinum, Sasol Limited, and Transnet - driving operational excellence through compliance.
His strategic acumen has been pivotal in roles such as a former member of the Johannesburg City Council and as a trusted advisor to senior municipal officials, where he provided critical legal and political guidance.
Holding an LLM in Public International Law from Leiden University, Jaco is a passionate student of the impact of corporate actions on human rights, complemented by his expertise in labour law, local government law, and corporate governance.

Richard has over 30 years of experience in the operations and management of logistics operations, dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals, and fuel transport and handling.
Has extensive Industry participation and has represented South Africa at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe meeting in Geneva, Switzerland concerning ADR – International Transport for the transport of Dangerous Goods by Road as well as at SADC meetings representing the SABS as an expert on transport of dangerous goods by road.

Cara Stokes is a seasoned Environmental Specialist with over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, compliance, and auditing across multiple industrial sectors. She holds a BA Honours in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Johannesburg and an MSc in Environment and Society from the University of Pretoria (2009).
Her professional journey began with Green Gain Consulting under the mentorship of Adv. Nicolai Massyn, after which she founded C.S. Environmental Consulting, a firm dedicated to providing expert environmental advisory, legal compliance, and audit services.
Cara is a registered Integrated ISO Auditor (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) with ISOQAR Alcumus Africa under UKAS accreditation, and has served as an ISO auditor for more than a decade. Her expertise spans environmental legal compliance, auditing, and specialized training, supported by advanced qualifications in environmental law from the Aldo Leopold Institute and the University of Pretoria.
As a registered NEBOSH facilitator through Lexis Nexis, Cara has trained thousands of professionals in environmental management and legal awareness across diverse industries — including mining, manufacturing, cement, chemicals, and water management.
Throughout her career, Cara has conducted environmental auditing and advisory services for over 300 organizations, demonstrating deep regulatory insight, practical industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to promoting sustainable business practices
